I like hot cocoa, too. I say hot chocolate but I mostly drink hot cocoa. Hot chocolate has real melted chocolate and cream in it along with some other things. I think it's common for most people to drink hot water with cocoa powder, sugar, marshmellows, etc. which makes it hot cocoa since the former takes more time to prepare.
